Even during the dog days of summer, we’ve been hard at work making updates and adding features to vSuite! These enhancements are designed to streamline administrative tasks, improve patient care and optimize connections with your clients. Here’s a detailed look at what’s new and how these changes will benefit you:
1. Simplified case management
Self-assignment for admins: When creating a case, admins can now assign the case to themselves with a simple checkbox. This feature enhances efficiency and accountability by allowing admins to take immediate ownership of tasks.
Membership management: Admins can now easily add, update, change or remove client memberships through the "Manage Membership" option. This makes membership administration more straightforward and flexible.
2. Enhanced client interaction
"Submit a Request" service: A new service can be added to your landing page, enabling users to ask questions directly from the page. This creates a new case in the "requested status," ensuring that client inquiries are systematically tracked and addressed.
3. Improved visibility and communication
Case owner visibility: Partners can now see the case owner’s details, ensuring clear communication and responsibility tracking across different users and teams.
Upcoming transaction reminders: Admins can now set up multiple communications for transaction reminders that trigger 3, 7 and 32 days prior to the transaction date. This proactive feature helps avoid missed payments and keeps clients informed.
4. Enhanced file and case management
Public/private case files: Admins can set case files as public or private, allowing controlled access to sensitive information. This feature enhances security and collaboration within teams.
View and export cases: The "Listing" view allows admins to filter and export cases based on multiple filters, making case management more accessible and customizable.
5. User-friendly enrollment and check-in
Dependent management: Admins can set the maximum age for child dependents directly from the settings, ensuring that enrollment criteria are clear and manageable.
Direct case/file access: Admins, when logged in, can now directly view cases or files they have been tagged in without re-entering OTP, saving time and improving workflow efficiency.
Client check-in: Clients can now check-in using the landing/enrollment page, simplifying the process and improving user experience (check-in service must be enabled in settings > landing page > services)
6. Comprehensive admin tools
Away/available schedules: Admins can manage the availability schedules of their users using the calendar module, improving coordination and resource management.
Case notes history: Admins can see the status and details of files within the case notes history, providing a comprehensive view of case progress and updates.
7. Advanced filtering and reporting
Client tag filtering: Admins can filter clients based on assigned tags and export these lists for better organization and targeting.
Text notification preferences: Admins can search and filter clients based on their text notification preferences, ensuring communication methods are aligned with client preferences.
Super admin access: Super admins can now grant other admin users full read/write access, improving flexibility and administrative control.
8. Streamlined communication and security
Idle user logout: Users inactive for more than 15 minutes will be automatically logged out, enhancing security and protecting sensitive information.
Support inquiry notifications: For tenants without case access, support inquiry communications can be enabled to ensure they are notified of any client requests or issues.
